Brittany Rich, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Founder & Practice Owner
Brittany Rich is the Founder and Practice Owner of Rich Psychiatry & Wellness and a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience. A Montana native, she loves traveling the world with her husband and three children—experiences that reinforce her belief in balance, connection, and resilience. She treats children, adolescents, and adults through a collaborative, patient-centered approach that integrates clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of wellness. Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Carroll College and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health from Gonzaga University.
Her practice emphasizes partnering with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan aligned with their goals and comfort level. Each visit may include medication management and is combined with approaches that address nutritional or hormonal imbalances, vitamin or nutrient deficiencies, and other root causes of symptoms. Her integrative approach gives patients more options for treatment, incorporating both conventional psychiatry and natural or functional interventions when appropriate. This tailored blend empowers patients to reclaim balance and thrive in every area of life.
