Services
Brittany Rich is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults, providing compassionate, integrative psychiatric care rooted in both clinical expertise and a holistic understanding of wellness.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Carroll College and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health from Gonzaga University. Brittany has enjoyed working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, with a deep commitment to addressing both physical and mental health concerns.
Her practice emphasizes a collaborative, patient-centered approach. She partners with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their goals and comfort level.
Each visit may include medication management and is often combined with approaches that address nutritional or hormonal imbalances, vitamin or nutrient deficiencies, and other root causes of symptoms. Her integrative approach gives patients more options for treatment, incorporating both conventional psychiatry and more natural or functional interventions when appropriate.
In addition to treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions—including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, OCD, Substance Use Disorders, and psychosis—Brittany offers specialized diagnostic and wellness services, including:
Pharmacogenetic testing to guide individualized medication selection
Nutritional and gut health testing
Hormone evaluation and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
Functional approaches to support optimal mental and physical health
Whether you are seeking treatment for a specific diagnosis or exploring natural ways to support your mental wellness, Brittany is committed to offering compassionate care with evidence-based tools tailored to your needs.
